Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government today made a major administrative reshuffle and issued transfer and posting orders of three IAS officers. These orders will be deemed to be effective with immediate effect. This order has been issued as per the directions of the Lieutenant Governor.
Pallavi Mishra, IAS (AGMUT:2023), who was awaiting adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been appointed as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Marh. She will replace Shri Athar Amin Zargar, JKAS, who is now kept on awaiting further orders.
Prince Kumar, IAS (AGMUT:2023), has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kokernag. He will replace Shri Suhail Ahmad Lone, JKAS, who will now await further orders.
Swati Sheemar, IAS (AGMUT:2023), has been appointed as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ramnagar, against an available vacancy.

Pallavi Mishra is a dedicated IAS officer of the 2023 batch of AGMUT cadre. She entered the administrative service by securing All India Rank 73 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Born on 14 October 1997 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Pallavi is currently 27 years old. At the age of just 25, she cleared the UPSC exam and entered the administrative service. Currently she is working as Assistant Collector in North Goa, Goa, where she is actively contributing to the work of administration and public service.
Prince Kumar
Prince Kumar is a hardworking and inspiring IAS officer who joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2023 from the AGMUT cadre. He was born on 15 July 1998 in Chandiha village, District Purnia, Bihar. He cleared the UPSC exam at the age of only 24 and secured All India Rank 89. Currently, she is undergoing basic training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie and is moving towards a bright administrative career.
Swati Sheemar
Swati Sheemar is a brilliant IAS officer of the 2023 batch of AGMUT cadre. She was born on 1 March 1997 in Delhi and is currently 27 years old. She cleared the UPSC exam at the age of 25 and secured All India Rank 439. She has done B.Tech in Computer Science from Delhi Technological University and M.A. in Sociology from IGNOU. She is currently undergoing training at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. Coming from the Scheduled Caste (SC) community, Swati has achieved remarkable achievements at a young age.
