Leaders of many countries, including Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Chinese President Xi Jinping, are participating in this meeting. During this conference, Prime Minister Modi's bilateral meeting with Russian President Putin has attracted special attention.
