Pakistan-Based Jaish Handler Linked to Delhi Blast Doctor
New Delhi: According to sources, a Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed handler, identified as "Hanjullah," shared bomb-making videos with Dr. Muzamil Shakeel. Dr. Shakeel is involved in the blast near Delhi's Red Fort, which killed 15 people. Preliminary investigations revealed that "Hanjullah" may be a pseudonym.
Jaish posters put up in Nowgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in October bore the title "Commander Hanjullah Bhai." Security agencies are tracking this handler, who is allegedly linked to the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed.

According to sources, Hanjullah contacted Dr. Shakeel through Mawlawi Irfan Ahmed, a cleric from Shopian, Kashmir. Irfan radicalized Shakeel and established this white-collar terror module. Shakeel then involved other doctors from Al-Falah University, Faridabad—Muzaffar Ahmed, Adeel Ahmed Rather, and Shaheen Saeed—in the operation.
Shakeel is accused of transporting explosives and handing over the white Hyundai i20 car used in the Red Fort blast. Sources said the module planned to build approximately 200 powerful IEDs for high-profile targets in Delhi, Gurugram, and Faridabad.
The doctors made plans using Telegram and used 'biryani' as a code word for the explosive and 'daawat' as a special event. DNA testing revealed that the suicide bomber in the Red Fort blast was Umar Mohammed.
Al-Falah University has been placed under investigation as part of a white-collar terror module and money laundering investigation. Founder Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Fraud and forged documents have been filed against the university under the FIR.
