According to sources, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif convened a meeting with the Director General of Police (DG) ISI and the National Security Advisor (NSA) late last night to review the security situation after the Delhi blast.
The Monday blast toll rises to 13
New Delhi: The death toll in the explosion near Red Fort here in Delhi has jumped to 13. The blast occurred inside a moving car outside Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort Metro Station on Monday evening, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
A joint investigation is going on but so far there has been no official confirmation on the cause of the explosion. In the meantime A high alert has been sounded across Delhi and several other cities, including Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru.
After the Delhi blast, the whole world is condemning the ghastly attack. Pakistan has called it a false flag operation. Pakistan is so alarmed by this attack that the three service chiefs held an emergency meeting. At the same time the Pakistani Air Force has intensified patrols along the Rajasthan border.

However Pakistani social media users are claiming that India has orchestrated the blasts.
The British Foreign Office has issued an advisory to its citizens and has ask them to stay at least 10 kilometers away from the India-Pakistan border. The advisory further says that they should avoid going to Jammu and Kashmir.
