Nitish Kumar Oath Ceremony Live: Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office to Pramod Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Paswan, Shreyasi Singh, Upendra Kushwaha's son Deepak Prakash, and Lakhendra Kumar as ministers of Bihar in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Nitish Kumar Oath Ceremony Live: After Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha, Mangal Pandey, Vijay Chaudhary, Shravan Kumar, Bijendra Yadav, BJP State President Dilip Jaiswal, and Ashok Chaudhary were sworn in simultaneously.
On the occasion of Bihar’s oath-taking ceremony, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav congratulated Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that Bihar is on the path of good governance.
Mangal Pandey, Nitish Mishra and Nitin Nabin were also sworn in as ministers of the BJP, alongside some new faces.
The JD(U) meanwhile retained senior ministers Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Bijendra Prasad Yadav and Shravan Kumar, besides adding a couple of new faces.
BJP’s Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha were sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers of Bihar on Wednesday.
Samrat Choudhary, who was a sitting MLC, contested the elections in 2025 after 15 years, and secured victory from the Tarapur seat, beating RJD’s Arun Shah.
Vijay Kumar Sinha of BJP once again won the Lakhisarai assembly seat, defeating Abhishek Kumar (IND), Amaresh Kumar (INC), among other candidates in the fray. He has maintained his victory over the seat since the past four state Assembly elections.
MLAs from the BJP, JD(U), RLJP, and HAM are also taking oath as ministers in the new Bihar government, in the presence of the Bihar Governor Arif Mohommad Khan.
Nitish Kumar will now have a major task of allocating Cabinet berths to his JD(U) and its allies.

Janata Dal (United) supremo Nitish Kumar has been sworn in as Bihar chief minister for a record 10th time, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other prominent leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).
Following the NDA's landslide victory in the Bihar elections, it is now time for the formation of a new government in the state. Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as Chief Minister of Bihar for the 10th time.
There will be two Deputy Chief Ministers from the BJP's quota in Nitish Kumar's government. Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha will again be sworn in as Deputy Chief Ministers in the Nitish government. The list of ministers from each party's quota in the Nitish cabinet has also been finalized.

Jitan Ram Manjhi's son Santosh Kumar Suman will be sworn in from his party, and his son Deepak Prakash will be sworn in from Upendra Kushwaha's party. Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) will field two ministers. The list of potential ministers has been released. This list includes a total of 25 potential ministers.
