Features of the Film

"Baramulla" is a unique experience. The juxtaposition of terrorism with supernatural powers, set in Kashmir, makes the film unique. The film begins seemingly ordinary, but as the story progresses, the twists and turns surprise the audience.

Some scenes in the climax are a bit complicated—like how a child escapes from a magician's box or how he emerges from a tree after being trapped inside. A simpler portrayal would have made the film more entertaining. Despite this, the film keeps you glued to the screen and offers a beautiful glimpse of Kashmir.

The Magic of Acting

Manav Kaul has brilliantly portrayed the toughness of a police officer and the emotional side of a father and husband. His helplessness and sensitivity resonate with the audience.

Bhasha Sumbli has played Manav's wife with remarkable effectiveness. Arismata Mehta has done a superb job as the DSP's daughter. Shahid Latif and Neelofar Hameed also brought their characters to life. The rest of the cast also elevates the film's stature.
