The counsels representing both Priya Kapur and the children of Karisma Kapoor assured the court that the contents of the will would not be disclosed to the media.
The court further ordered that the document be placed under the custody of the Registrar General of the court to ensure confidentiality and secure handling.
Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar, appearing for Priya Kapur, stressed the need to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive documents, noting that although the matter pertains to a partition suit, it has drawn considerable public attention.
The court directed Priya Kapur to share a copy of the will.
Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, who was representing actor Karisma Kapoor's children, responded to the submissions by stating that the case had "many dimensions" because it involved a will and that some remarks about the children had already been made in the media.
"In every situation, cybersecurity poses a risk. What makes this one so unique? Jethmalani asked.
In the meantime, the lawyers for the children of Priya Sachdev and Karisma Kapoor promised the court that the will's contents would not be made public.

Citing cybersecurity threats and the possible misuse of private financial data, Priya Sachdev had pleaded for authorisation to submit a list of Kapur's movable and immovable assets in a sealed envelope.
She also requested that a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) be signed by all parties, including Kapur's mother Rani Kapur and his children from his first marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor, before they could view the documents.
