Mumbai: 'Jolly LLB 3' the third installment of Subhash Kapoor's popular 'Jolly LLB' franchise, has once again become a topic of discussion among audiences. Eight years later, Subhash Kapoor has brought together the two Jolly LLB stars to tackle the serious issues of farmer suicides and land acquisition on the big screen.
The film begins in Paraswal village in Rajasthan, where industrialist Haribhai Khetan (Gajraj Rao) wishes to purchase the ancestral land of farmer Rajaram Solanki (Robin Das) for his dream project, "Bikaner to Boston." Rajaram refuses to sell the land and is unable to repay the loan. The Tehsildar grants temporary ownership of his land to the debtor, leading Rajaram to commit suicide. His widow, Janaki (Seema Biswas), pursues the case in Delhi.
