New Delhi: In response to the opposition's continuous questions on Operation Sindoor in Parliament, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh gave a historic statement that changed the atmosphere of the entire House.

The opposition, especially Rahul Gandhi, was constantly asking how much loss India suffered in this operation. But Rajnath Singh not only answered these questions but also answered them in such a factual manner that the entire House echoed with applause.

Rajnath Singh's strong reply

The Defence Minister questioned the intent of the opposition's questions and said, "Some members are just asking how many of our planes were shot down. I ask them, Did you ask how many enemy planes were shot down by our brave soldiers?"

He further said that the right question should be whether India destroyed the terrorist hideouts. And the answer to this is yes! Did we teach a lesson to the masters of those terrorists who wiped off the vermilion of our sisters and daughters? The answer to this is also yes!

"We have no loss; terrorists' hideouts destroyed.''

Rajnath Singh clarified that in this entire operation, not a single soldier was lost from India's side, nor was any military equipment lost. As soon as he made this statement, the ruling party MPs supported him by thumping the table while the opposition remained stunned for a few moments.

The Defense Minister attributed the success of the operation to the precise attacks of the Indian Air Force, the strong counteraction of the Army, and the strategy of the Navy. He said that it was the result of collective military power that Pakistan was forced to bow down. This was not just a military defeat but a defeat of the morale of the Pakistani army.

Operation Sindoor halted, not ended

Most importantly, Rajnath Singh clarified India's new military policy and said that now we will adopt an aggressive stance rather than a defensive one. Terrorists will be taught a lesson on their own land. Operation Sindoor is a clear message that India will no longer sit silent on terrorist incidents and will give a befitting reply to every attack.
