Rahul Gandhi said, “Since 2014, I have had suspicions about the election system. The ability to win with a sweeping victory is surprising. What happened in Maharashtra made me take this issue seriously. I couldn't speak without proof, but now I say with no doubt that we have proof. LoP Rahul Gandhi pointed out that the BJP has won a huge majority in the last 12 years, which he found surprising. The Congress did not win a single seat in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.
Just four months after the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra, one crore new voters will be registered.

"Whenever we used to discuss elections, people used to ask, where is the proof? Then, something happened in Maharashtra. We won the Lok Sabha elections. After just four months, we not only lost, but we were wiped out.
Three parties with strong support bases suddenly disappeared. After that, we started taking the issue of electoral malpractices seriously. In Maharashtra, we found that one crore new voters had been added to the electoral rolls between the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. Most of them voted for the BJP. So now, I can say for sure that we have evidence."
LoP said, "We have evidence that will show the entire country that an institution like the Election Commission does not exist anymore. It has disappeared. We spent six months continuously working to find this evidence. You will see without any doubt how a Lok Sabha election can be rigged. 6.5 lakh voters cast their votes, out of which 1.5 lakh are fake voters."
Rahul Gandhi has also been aggressively targeting the PM Modi Government over alleged malpractices in the Lok Sabha elections. He also challenged the central government on constitution-related issues. "We will prove in the coming days how the Lok Sabha elections can be rigged, and it has happened," he said, showing a copy of the Constitution.
"The truth is that the election system in India is already dead. The Prime Minister of India became the Prime Minister with a very small majority. If 15 seats were not rigged, he would not be the Prime Minister of India today," he further said.
