New Delhi: Former Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi celebrated her 78th birthday on December 9, 2025. This time, her birthday was not celebrated with a grand event but in a quiet and simple manner within the Parliament premises.

She received wishes from across the country, but the most talked-about aspect was her presence in Parliament and the political unity displayed there.

A Gathering of Leaders and Special Interests in Parliament

Several prominent leaders from Congress, the Samajwadi Party, and other opposition parties attended this small but meaningful ceremony held in Parliament House.
