Supreme Court refuses to entertain Hemant Soren’s petition on his plea against his arrest by ED. Read further on Dynamite News:

New Delhi: Supreme Court refuses to entertain Hemant Soren's petition against his arrest by Enforcement Directorate (ED). Supreme Court asks him to appoach Jharkhand High Court.

Soren was arrested on Wednesday night by the ED in connection with an alleged money laundering case.

The top court said that courts are open for everybody and high courts are constitutional courts.
