Maharashtra: Lightning claims 3 lives in Aurangabad and Jalna district
Three persons were killed including two youths and a woman in Aurangabad and Jalna district of Marathwada region when lightning struck them during the pre monsoon rains which lashed different parts on Sunday evening, officials informed on Monday. Read more on Dynamite News:
Aurangabad: Three persons were killed including two youths and a woman in Aurangabad and Jalna district of Marathwada region when lightning struck them during the pre monsoon rains which lashed different parts on Sunday evening, officials informed on Monday.
Reports reaching from Phulambri taluka of the district stated that, two youths hailing from Satala Bk are killed when they were struck by lighting struck while they went to take fodder for their sheep on Sunday. They are identified as Rohansingh Shinde (16) and Janardhan Kalaskar (22).
While in second incident Sarubai Lande was killed at Jawale village in Paithan taluka of district by lighting strike.
Report from Jalna district stated that, heavy rains lashed many parts of the taluka including Jalna city.
Due to rain, water became stagnent in the low lying areas of the city causing inconvenience to the citizens. (UNI)
