A house caught fire in the Motipur market of the district’s Motipur police station area. Five members of the same family were burned alive in the accident. All of them died, while four others suffered serious burns.
Following the incident, a crowd of people gathered nearby. The fire caused panic in the area. Upon receiving information, the fire brigade team arrived at the scene and brought the fire under control. The injured have been sent for treatment.

It was reported that a fire broke out in Lal Babu Gupta's house late Friday night. All the people were caught in the fire. Everyone was sleeping inside the house.
