In the video, passengers, angered and frustrated by the flight delays, are seen questioning the airport staff. During this time, a man emotionally pleads for sanitary pads for his daughter. He repeatedly shouts:

But neither any passenger comes forward nor does any staff member understand his immediate need. The father's breaking voice and helplessness are clearly visible in the video, while those standing nearby simply watch like spectators.
This situation arose when several Indigo flights were suddenly delayed, and passengers were stranded at the airport for several hours. During this time, there was a severe lack of basic facilities, information, and assistance.
Passengers were repeatedly seen trying to talk to the staff and asking for help, but there was no proper response from the airline. As soon as the video surfaced, people questioned how Indigo, despite being such a large and premium airline, could ignore even a basic and emergency need.
