

The annual Brahmotsavams from Sept 24–Oct 2 feature daily Vahana Sevas, Garuda Seva, enhanced security, live telecasts, and special facilities for devotees across Tirumala.
Srivari Brahmotsavams begins today at Tirumala
Tirumala: The annual Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams will be held at Tirumala from September 24 to October 2. The festival commences today with Dwajarohanam between 5:43 PM and 6:15 PM in Meena Lagna, followed by the Pedda Sesha Vahanam at 9 PM.
On behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will offer silk vastrams to Lord Venkateswara. Daily Vahana Sevas will be conducted twice: 8 AM to 10 AM and 7 PM to 9 PM.

On September 25, CM Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the new Pilgrims Amenities Center (PAC-5) Sri Venkatadri Nilayam and unveil the 2026 TTD calendars and diaries.
This year, ISRO and L&T teams are assisting TTD in counting the number of devotees during Brahmotsavams. Extensive arrangements are in place: grand floral decorations, arches, large LED screens, and improved facilities for devotees.
8 lakh laddus daily to sweeten the celebrations
Special darshans for the disabled, elderly, NRIs, and parents with infants are cancelled from September 23 to October 2. VIP Break Darshans will be limited strictly to protocol dignitaries.
A buffer stock of 8 lakh laddus will be maintained daily.
For Garuda Seva on September 28, movement of two-wheelers to Tirumala will be banned from 9 PM on September 27 to 6 PM on September 29. Both the Alipiri and Srivari Mettu footpaths will remain open round-the-clock on that day.

Additional CCTV cameras, geo-tagging for children, and arrangements for uninterrupted power supply are being put in place. TTD-SVBC will telecast all Vahana Sevas live in HD quality for devotees worldwide.
On Garuda Seva day, four lakh buttermilk packets will be distributed to devotees. A special fruit, flower, and photo exhibition will also be organized in Tirumala.
