New Delhi: In a significant move to strengthen the judiciary, the Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on July 1, 2025, approved the appointment of three judicial officers as judges of the Allahabad High Court, reports Dynamite News correspondent. The decision aims to address vacancies and ensure smoother judicial functioning in one of India’s largest high courts.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended new judges for the Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Patna, Rajasthan, Guwahati, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Punjab, and Haryana High Courts to strengthen the judiciary.
Andhra Pradesh High Court
The Collegium cleared the appointment of Tuhin Kumar Gedela, an advocate, and Sangeeta Sharma, a judicial officer, as judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
Delhi High Court
