New Delhi: A shocking video recently surfaced from the Karkardooma Court complex. In it, the lawyer, Rakesh Kishore, who had previously made headlines for allegedly throwing a shoe at the then Chief Justice of India (CJI), B.R. Gavai, is attacked with a slipper by another lawyer.

The video shows Rakesh Kishore shouting "Victory to Sanatan Dharma" during the incident. The attack was sudden, and people nearby intervened to stop it.

The Chief Justice instructed court officials and security personnel to "overlook" the matter and let Rakesh Kishore off with just a warning.

The Situation at the Time of the Attack

As court security personnel were escorting Rakesh Kishore out, he was heard shouting, "We will not tolerate the insult to Sanatan Dharma." The video shows him attempting to retaliate, but the attack was sudden and unexpected.

Lawyers and others present intervened and brought the situation under control.

The Reason for the Controversy

Rakesh Kishore later claimed that his anger stemmed from the CJI's remarks during a hearing on a petition requesting the restoration of a Lord Vishnu idol at the Khajuraho temple complex in Madhya Pradesh.

He stated that the remarks made in court were tantamount to an insult to Sanatan Dharma, and that is why he took such action.
