New Delhi: The young IAS officer Nandini KR visited the Dynamite News Headquarters here in New Delhi. Nandini secured All India Rank 1 in the 2017 UPSC Civil Services Examination.
During her visit Nandini interacted with the Dynamite News Team and shared inspiring insights with the young journalists.

For her outstanding contribution in the field of water conservation, Nandini was honoured today on Tuesday by President Droupadi Murmu at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
Nandini is currently posted in the Mandya district of Karnataka.
Nandini KR: A Brief Profile
IAS Nandini went to a government school for her primary calsses. Then she studied in Moodabidri, Chikmagalur for her 12th grade.
Nandini completed her civil engineering degree from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology in Bengaluru and joined the Karnataka Public Works Department (PWD) to understand government work at the grassroots level.
It was there that she dreamt of becoming an IAS officer and set out to achieve it. In a media interview, she said, "That's when I thought I could do better for society by becoming an IAS officer."
Nandini hails from a family of teachers in Kolar district, Karnataka. Nandini believes, "Why only administrative service? We should give our best wherever we are."
