Kejriwal Accuses BJP-Congress of "Compromise Politics"
New Delhi: Former Chief Minister of Delhi and National Convenor of Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal, while addressing the party leaders on Thursday, 28 August, made serious allegations against the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
He said that no member of the Gandhi family was jailed in the National Herald case, while Aam Aadmi Party leaders were sent to jail by making fake cases. Kejriwal made it clear that he will not compromise with any party.
'Politics of compromise does not work.'
Kejriwal stressed in his speech that many people advise him to compromise with the BJP, but he believes that the politics of compromise do not work. He said, "People think that some compromise will be done behind closed doors and the public will not come to know, but this does not happen.

The public comes to know everything." He also accused Mayawati, Owaisi, and Congress of compromising and said that people are now openly saying that Congress has compromised with BJP.
Question on National Herald case
Kejriwal raised questions on the National Herald case and said that he does not know much about it, but after reading on the internet, it seems that it is an open-and-shut case.
He said, "Fake cases were made against us, and we were sent to jail, but no member of the Gandhi family went to jail." Along with this, he took the name of Robert Vadra while referring to the 2014 elections and said that his name had come up in the land scams in Haryana at that time.
Expressed concern over the condition of Delhi
Kejriwal criticized the BJP government in Delhi and said that the condition of the city has deteriorated in just six months. He said that even in a prime area like Lutyens, the power goes off five times a day in his house.
Children's fees have increased, roads are broken, sewers are clogged, and slums are being demolished. He said that the lives of the poor have been made difficult, and the public is now missing the Aam Aadmi Party government.
