      Gold and Silver log massive weekly gains

      Gold prices in the country have seen a sharp rise over the past week. On a weekly basis, 24-carat gold has gained ₹16,480, while 22-carat gold has seen a rise of ₹15,100. Similarly, silver has also provided excellent returns to investors, with its price rising by ₹40,000 per kg in a week.

      Heavy snowfall cripples hill states

      Delhi braces for massive traffic curbs, borders to seal tonight

      Security and traffic arrangements have been tightened in the National Capital New Delhi for the Republic Day parade. No one will be allowed to cross the route during the parade. For security reasons, the entire event will be monitored through drones and other aerial surveillance.
