Local resident Amit Gupta says, I have been eating litti here for the last ten years, the taste is always the same, amazing! An officer said, whenever I get a chance during field visits, I definitely come to eat Gupta ji's litti.
Gupta ji says that he learned this business from his father and even today he prepares litti in the same traditional way, with satvik spices and litti sieved in a pan on gas flame. This is the secret of its taste. There is no doubt that this special dish of Bihar has now become the pride of Maharajganj.
