New Delhi: Political stir has intensified in the country regarding the upcoming Vice Presidential election. In this sequence, former Chief Minister of Delhi and Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal met the opposition's joint candidate B Sudershan Reddy. During this, Kejriwal announced his support to Reddy and appealed to all the MPs to vote for him. He even said that he has also asked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MPs to vote in favor of Reddy.
After the meeting, B Sudershan Reddy said that this election is not the election of any political party, but the election of a constitutional post of the country, which should be taken with full seriousness and impartiality. He thanked Arvind Kejriwal for his support and also appealed to other political parties to vote for him.
It is worth noting that B Sudarshan Reddy has been declared the Vice Presidential candidate by the opposition alliance India Block.
