Shyyamali began by thanking her supporters for the “kindness, good wishes, warm words, and blessings” she received during this challenging time. She revealed that the recent events had left her struggling to find peace, describing “sleepless nights” spent reflecting and processing her feelings.
In her posts, she shared, “I spent a sleepless night, tossing and turning and debating and realised it would be ungrateful and churlish to not acknowledge all the good that is coming to me.” She further explained that meditation has played a central role in helping her cope, stating, “I have been practising Meditation on Twin Hearts for many years now. Doing the meditation involves blessing Mother Earth and all persons and beings with peace, love, forgiveness, hope, light, joy, loving-kindness, goodwill, and the will to do good.”
