UP: Ganja over 3 crores recovered in Agra, 3 smuggler arrested

Agra Police has busted an interstate gang involved in smuggling of illegal drugs. Read further on Dynamite News:

Agra: The police team of Sikandra police station of the district, SOG Surveillance Nagar Zone has jointly taken a major action, in which an interstate gang involved in smuggling of illegal drugs that is ganja has been busted, the police has arrested three accused from Hiralal's Pyaau. A large quantity of illegal drugs i.e. ganja has been recovered from their possession, which is worth about Rs 3 crore in the international market, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Ganja At Lower Prices

They used to buy ganja at low prices and used to sell it at different places including Agra in order to earn money, the police has seized a large consignment of ganja. This action has been taken under the leadership of Additional DCP Aditya Kumar and ACP Hari Parvat Vinayak Bhosale.

Drugs In  Truck

They used to take ganja from one place to another in a very cunning manner, in which a separate place was made behind the truck driver's seat, in which ganja was brought hidden so that no one could know what was in this truck. From the back, the truck appeared empty, these people used to smuggle ganja by forming an organized gang, ganja was brought from Orissa and it was supplied to other places including Agra.

3 Members Arrested

3 members of this gang have been caught by the police, their other accomplices are absconding, their search is also on, six accused of this gang are still absconding, they will also be arrested soon.

DCP City Sonam Kumar

DCP City Sonam Kumar has given information about the whole case, three accused smuggling ganja have been arrested near Hiralal's Pyaau, about 494 kg of ganja has been recovered from their possession, which is worth about Rs 3 crore in the international market. 1 truck, 1 car, 7 mobile phones and other items used in the incident have been recovered, DCP City Sonam Kumar has given information about the whole matter, six accused are wanted in this case, they will also be arrested soon, the operation is continuing under the leadership of Additional DCP Aditya Kumar and ACP Hari Parvat Vinayak Bhosale.
