New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as a Rajya Sabha member today on Friday. His entry into the Rajya Sabha is expected to mark a major shift in Bihar politics. He arrived in Delhi on Thursday, where JDU leaders welcomed him at the airport. He said, "I have come here to take the oath."
